Initial Contact
1ST STEP
The first step in our process is the initial contact. We will gather your ideas for the project, and discuss your likes and dislikes about your current space as well as your motivations to move forward with the renovation. The project scope and estimated investment will also be discuss in this step.If our services fit your needs we will setup an initial consultation at the project site.
Initial Consultation
2ND STEP
At this step our designer and subcontractor will meet with you on site. We will discuss site preparations if needed, materials and preliminary ideas for your space. We will also go through a breakdown of the project scope and craft a more realistic view of the budget range of your project.
Preliminary Design & Scheduling
3RD STEP
Once an initial budget range has been accepted, our designer will contact you with a preliminary design. At this point we will have a visual ideal of the design as its becoming more of a reality with additional changes to be made. An initial deposit will be required for scheduling.
Initial Design & Contract
4TH STEP
We will have a final design ready to review and edit any changes if needed. We will have a contract prepared that will include work schedule, scope of project, and your financial obligations for review. Once the contract has been signed with a set deposit the remodeling begins!
Remodeling Time
FINAL STEP
Your project has reached the construction stage; material has been ordered and all our subs are scheduled for project commencement. Our experience subcontractor will get the job done in an orderly, efficient and timely manner. Our team will be working with them to ensure that project gets completed as stated in the design.
